DJ Chris Evans' pub to hold jazz night
DJ Chris Evans' pub The Lickfold Inn is hosting its second live jazz night on Sunday, July 5, from 6 pm onwards in the West Sussex village from which it took its name. The Lickfold Inn is situated roughly four miles north-east of Midhurst, north-west of Petworth and south of Haslemere.

Chichester Real Ale and Jazz Festival 2009
For the first time ever, RAJF 09 is to be over two weekends, Fri/Sat 3/4 July and Fri/Sat 10/11 July. Also for the first time we're offering weekend passes as well as our popular festival passes. We serve between 25 and 30 different real ales including some old favourites, some of the most recent award winners from the most recent CAMRA Great British Beer Festival, and some more unusual beers to tickle the palate.

Hastings Beer and Music Festival 2009
Hastings Beer and Music Festival takes place on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th July. Since 1981, the Festival has been an annual fixture for great music and great beer. Expect to find over 90 different types of real ale (plus lager, cider, and wine) at competitive prices, high quality local food, and some high profile local musicians. A campaign has been launched by punters in Bosham to buy their beloved pub which they feel was shut unnecessarily. The White Swan next to the Broadbridge Roundabout closed at the end of February, angering locals who felt it was still viable as a business. Now they have formed action group Save Our Swan in a bid to buy the pub and run it through a board of trustees.
